Our mission is to inspire individuals to take actionable steps toward their aspirations while building a supportive network that celebrates every success, no matter how big or small.
Our Programs
Parents2 Mentoring Program
The Parent2 Program, is a family-focused initiative designed to strengthen relationships between parents and children through education, mentorship, and support. Our mission is to empower families with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to build healthy, stable homes and thriving futures. Together, We Build Stronger Families. Through our Parent2 Program, Bridging the Gaps Together helps parents and children grow closer, communicate better, and thrive together.
Children of Incarcerated Parents Program
The Children of Incarcerated Parents Program by Bridging the Gaps Together provides compassionate support, mentorship, and educational resources to children whose parents are currently or formerly incarcerated. Our mission is to break the cycle of generational incarceration by offering these children stability, emotional support, and opportunities for success.
Children impacted by parental incarceration often face emotional trauma, academic struggles, social stigma, and economic hardship. They are among the most at-risk populations—yet also among the most overlooked. Our program seeks to restore hope and confidence by surrounding each child with a network of care that empowers them to thrive, not just survive.
